Woah. Let’s just take a minute to admire the striking shell colors in this one. Don’t worry you have time. This guy is long-lived so be ready for a fifty year commitment. They might be pricy at first but one you get your set perfected with the correct lighting etc… you should have nothing to worry about. They do reach up to 16 inches and 30 pounds so make sure you’re ready for a large enclosure. These babies are might docile and easy going, but at times shy and timid.
