At Savvy Reptiles, we take great pride in delivering your orders quickly and safely. We make sure all orders are carefully packaged to ensure that your new family member arrives alive and healthy. We offer live arrival guarantee with overnight shipping. In the unlikely event that your friend arrives DOA, please send us a picture of the reptile on its back within an hour of arrival for home delivery or two hours for Fedex hub pickup. We will call you and discuss options, but you will be refunded for the price of animal only if everything checks out. This is a new family member so we believe they should be treated like one even by us. If you have any questions about our shipping methods or costs, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy for Merchandise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Savvy Reptiles. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
